The lady who answers the phone seems to be quite unhelpful and unfriendly. It would be beneficial for the management to address this issue if they aim to retain their customers.
Got a lot of roofing supplies, and customer service is great. The only negative thing is I dont like to leave my truck unattended for a long period of time, there's always strange ppl around their parking lot.
Homeowner BEWARE!! Their (female) staff are selling products YET management say they are NOT experts. And thus, management is NOT accountable to THEIR STAFF MISTAKES!!! Triple check your order BEFORE you PAY! And check AGAIN BEFORE you put it in your truck!!
The 3 woman at the service desk are the rudest and most ignorant people and have no desire to be helpful. They should not have jobs facing the public and should be loading trucks or stocking shelves! Astonishing to me they have jobs let alone jobs serving the public.
I phoned about a small quantity of product and the lady was very knowledgeable and prompt. When I went to pick up the material all the order desk ladies were efficient and knowledgeable. After paying I took my sales slip to the yard and was served in a few minutes with the shipper apologising for holding me up. Heck, I wait long than that for a coffee at Tim's. Be well and prosper.
The last west end city roofing supply. Great metal work and custom bends made for your job. Best price on shingles in the GTA. You can't by Kop-R-Lastic at Home Depot. Nails by the pound pricing nobody can match. Roof top weather vanes and turbine vents galore. Black, brown, chocolate, white, green and copper...they can get you anything you want and in a very reasonable time frame. The ladies that work here are all so very attractive, which is odd but kind of awesome. Old school roofing supplies, get it while you can. Someday there will be a condo here...
