The Henley Room is definitely one of our favourite venues in the city for both weddings and corporate events! The unique location is right on the water in downtown Toronto in the middle of Marilyn Bell Park. As event designers, we love that the white reception space is completely customizable, and the bar has a vintage, historic charm that puts everyone at ease. Robin and the team are so helpful, they are always available on-site to offer assistance and ensure our needs are met. Thank you Henley Room!
Perfect for large gatherings, a great venue for celebrating weddings, or any occasions, must book in advance and yeah, they have a lot of canoes and rowing lessons for everyone! Parking is very limited, like hardly, only for chosen few.
We got married at the Henley Room at the Argonaut Rowing Club and we couldn't have asked for a better location! The venue is gorgeous, the view is amazing, the staff are super accommodating and we had an incredible time. Highly recommended as an event space!
Attended a wedding here. Venue was beautiful. Right on the water in Toronto, excellent patio, as well as a full bar in the venue. Lots of parking. Nighttime views on the water are nice. Definitely would recommend this venue for events.
Absolutely amazing. Stunning View, amazing service, very responsible staff. Everything we asked for the day leading up to and on the day of was well taken care of. Management team and staff were attentive and fast with email responses. This is a great venue for intimidate small gathering or medium size weddings. Only down side was the direction getting there is very confusing, especially for guests out of town and or not familiar with the area.
My now husband and I had a small ceremony in the Henley Room in December of 2020. Logan went above and beyond in making everything feel special. The location followed provincial and city Covid rules and made everything as safe as possible. If you're looking for a lakeside wedding with options for indoor and outdoor space, incredible staff, unbeatable views, parking, and a location with a really interesting history the Henley Room is perfect. Our wedding at the Henley Room (ARC) was just beautiful! We were drawn to the area as I'm from the west end and it's a character building on a stunning waterfront location. We appreciated being able to do the ceremony/ cocktails/ reception all at the same venue, with free parking. The ARC did renovations between signing our contract and our actual wedding date. It was stressful but the finished product is lovely, they kept the floor to ceiling windows, which are unbeatable. Robin was great to work with from start to finish. Communication was clear and prompt. Her team pulled everything together beautifully, and the existing relationships with Blair's Catering and Chairman Mills are a huge bonus. There were some elements our of her control but Robin and the team handled everything professionally and seamlessly to make our day wonderful.
