Spent a lot money on a pair of running shoes that were made to sound like they were good quality (HOKA's), it was a farce. The shoes are falling apart in less than 10 months. I have bought cheaper ones that lasted more than 10 years before showing wear and tear. Save your money, shop somewhere else, don't waste your money here. Extremely disappointed I spent a lot of money for sub-standard products. Then when we call the location, they try to put the blame on the customer saying it is my fault due to my walking style that the shoes are falling apart? Great customer service, blame the customer. I will ensure I tell everyone I know, not to shop at your store ever.
Have never experienced racism before this! Tom seems to be in such a rush. He has to put away the shoes while I was looking at it. N its not like the store was busy. I would understand if its crowded and he doesn’t want shoes out of rack. But when white customers walk in, he instantly changed the way he talks. He was calmer and now he has all the time to listen to them. I ended up buying one but never going back to this store again!
Sales staff are incredibly helpful and knowledgable. As a beginner runner, it was very intimidating trying to find the perfect pair of shoes, but their sales staff were approachable and took into consideration my concerns when suggestions shoes to try on. I will 100% be returning to this location.
Excellent customer service and very helpful for returns and choose the right shoes for the customers. I would like to make a suggestion about a shoe. I purchased a lot brand shoes from you. But there is a great shoe called the Altra shoes. They are simply amazing. The toe box is wide and supportive your ankles. I got plantars in side my foot and it really hurts but using the right shoe helped me a lot. The altras.
Bought a Garmin watch there today. Staff was helpful. I called before going to the store to see if they had the watch in stock. They did and offered to pick t it aside for me. Went in an hour later to purchase it. All good..
They really know what they're talking about. Signed up for running clinic and mentioned I think I need new shoes. They're first instinct was to check my current footwear out, see how I walk and recommended I not switch until a week or more into the clinic. No hard selling, there to give advice and extremely friendly! Would recommend this specific location.
Awesome customer service by Kiyoko for my two online orders delivered to store (free, no min. amount reqd.). Also, her practical advice regarding my shoes (to replace or not) helped save time & money. Most staff at this location - in my experience- truly care about what they do and are very professional. No pushy sales tactics ever. :)
