Ugh, should’ve looked up reviews before ordering. Tuna sandwich was fine but the chicken noodle soup was a travesty — basically a thin broth with a few bits of pasta floating around. Not worth 16.99, lesson learned.

One of my favourite places to grab a quick breakfast or lunch downtown. The food is tasty and filling, and the ladies behind the counter are efficient and very nice.

I’m a regular at this place, but the experience at the salad bowl counter during lunch today (April 1) was disappointing. The staff was unfriendly and got my order wrong—giving me beets instead of quinoa—and refused to provide a proper scoop. The lack of care and attention to service was frankly unacceptable. I ended up taking my lunch order elsewhere and will likely continue to do so if this level of apathy persists.

I've actually never had their food before. Being vegetarian it's always a bit worrisome when you try somewhere new. But the sandwich and tomato soup combo was amazing! I wasn't feeling the best that day and the food really helped me feel better. I'll definitely be back!

The salads are great, but the service and attitude from the ladies are so rude that I think twice about going there. I'm not sure why they are so unhappy

You order a breakfast with toast and eggs and they'll charge extra for a jam/peanut butter packet or hot sauce. Seems ridiculous... Next we'll have to pay for ketchup packets/napkin/utensils

I recently tried the Plentiful salad bowl, and it was a pleasant experience overall. For the price, the portion size is quite generous, making it a great value. However, the service felt somewhat robotic. The staff processed my order by following my gestures rather than listening to my requests, which was a bit off-putting. Despite this, the meal itself was satisfying, and the salad bowl is a solid choice if you’re looking for a good portion at a reasonable price.
