These are people EXTREMELY AWESOME! I rented UQi for more than 5 months. They even gave free maintenance and understood my financial situation and gave me a month time to catch up my payments. Horrible customer service to begin with. Just received pure attitude when I tried to ask questions about the deposit and if there was any other options. Even before all of this was just trying to inquire about the bigger bikes that required a license and just received attitude. Didn’t even up renting because was very unclear on what my deposit would be cause apparently it changes for ever hour you rent from what he described to me. Overall just a bad experience for something that could have been easy going and simple.
Rented a moped/scooter for a couple of hours and had a blast! Scooter was in great shape, super fun to ride; tutorial was quick and thorough, service was friendly. Would definitely recommend!

We had a great experience with joon scooters. First we rented a bike and halfway through it stopped working, we called them up and they came to our location within 10 minutes and gave us a new bike. Once we finished our 2 hour ride, since we lost alot of time due to the breakdown, they offered us an overnight option for a great discount, and were very friendly with us :)
