Thank you guys so much! The guys at Swift was so kind in helping my 72 year old Dad fix his hover board. I was bringing it back and forth from Hamilton. They waited for me to get there when traffic was bad. They took great care of my Dad when the manufacturer of the product wouldn't. I will use them again!
I booked an appointment at 1:00 pm hoping to get a new E scooter battery. When I get there no one is there is it like the place is closed then I try calling them no response. Then I check to see if they are open on google and they say closed open at 2:00 pm. So then why would booking an appointment for 1:00 pm be an option if I could I would give this place 0 stars. Horrible experience just horrible and I will not be returning taking my business somewhere else
I usually don’t write reviews, but what happened here deserves to be shared. I brought my broken scooter to this shop hoping they would fix it. Instead, they offered me a refurbished scooter and charged me an extra $550 on top. I figured, okay — at least it comes with a 1-year warranty, so it should be safe. Fast-forward a few rides — literally three rides — and the scooter suddenly dies. No power, no display, nothing. I reached out to the shop… no answer. Messaged again. Ignored. Called. Nothing. So I took it to another technician because clearly they weren’t going to help. The second tech opens the scooter and immediately asks: “Who soldered your display cable? This thing should NEVER be soldered like this.” Turns out the cable inside my handlebar had been manually soldered together, and the solder joint broke apart, which explains why the display stopped working. Completely unprofessional work — like something you’d expect from a rushed amateur, not a shop that charges extra for “refurbished.” And the best part? The warranty is apparently only honored at one location, and they still won’t respond. So now I’m stuck paying another shop to fix a mess they caused. I’m honestly shocked at the level of negligence and the refusal to take responsibility. If this is how they treat their customers and their warranty, then people deserve to know before they waste their money. Avoid this place. Seriously.
Not technically expert staff. Given scooter wait 3 weeks but told me to wait again for more parts even told intial i not need any more part. Behavior worsen, not answering calls. Its time wastage. They are good to replace tire or breaks nothing more. These are honest reviews what they deal with me
Might as well close up for good and re open as a real professional repair-shop business somewhere else. I booked a Sunday repair time for 4pm, which was approved on their website, and kept sending me constant reminders via email AND text to attend/confirm the appointment. I drive up to the shop and of course it was closed. Even worse, it was located in a sketchy, rundown, very quiet area of town, with their entrance in a back alley. There was some one anxiously waiting out side the shop telling me his e bike has been with them for over a month, and that it's been impossible to get a hold of them. Very alarming, given it already looks more like a bike/scooter pawn shop with many old bike and scooter parts piled up by the side of the garage door. He appeared absolutely distraught and quoted this place as a pure scam, and that his reviews have been ignored and deleted. Very disappointing.
Awful service, took over 2 weeks to “fix,” my scooter and when they returned it to me the brakes didn’t work and I was almost hit by a car, and it was 10km slower then when I had given it to them, all this for a rudimentary battery issue. We now have to take it to another store at more expense. Would not recommend.
We’re parked right in front of your location 1pm on Sunday, right now. Aren’t you suppose to be open 7 days a week 10-10? Your phone’s voicemail is full and we can’t even leave a message. This business is shady.
