Ordered a batch of custom screen printed t-shirts for my men's basketball league group and very happy with how everything turned out. Starting with the service, communication was straightforward and my options were clearly presented to me. As for the order itself, the custom screen printed t shirts turned out great, they were on time and everyone was happy with the quality.
This was a hack job! The paint on the fabric was blurry and smudged. They never answered back when I asked them for a discount on the smudge image items.
The t shirts i ordered, printed with my own design arrived yesterday. They were the perfect representation of my conceived vision. The quality of t shirt was excellent and the resulting design was beautifully, clearly executed. I would not hesitate to recommend R and P Printing Services....definitely 5 star in both customer service and quality of their finished product.
Believe the 1 star reviews. I wish I can leave 0 stars but reading the one stars made me realized that God was just looking out for my mom by saving her from doing business with this company. My mom tried to get information on a product last week. She got one response of how much do you need instead of no we don’t sell that product or yes we sell it. My mom said she needed the minimum quantity (12) since that it was her first purchase so that she can check the quality first. She received no response, even though she messaged about not receiving a response. Today my mom tried to order a minimum of a different product for the same aforementioned reason, Aaron Rosenthal was very unprofessional just like last week. The retail price for the product (t-shirt) was almost $20 include taxes, my mom wanted the order but suggested that she will be searching for companies with better retail prices. Aaron did not respond to my mom request after that. My mom proceeded to email him about the importance of running a business and treating all customers with respect whether their orders are small or large, she went back to her email and saw the inquiry email was deleted. Lucky she has all of it in her sent email as evidence and a screenshot of the original inquiry. A good customer service and professional sales skill will be to propose a solution that can work for both customer and agent but nothing. Having said that my mom was willing to make her first order with the suggested price. My mom order was too small for Aaron but please don’t forget her name because one day you will regret refusing her your business when her company grow very big. I wouldn’t trust the 5 star reviews , most companies with bad reputation allegedly are using their employees, families and friends to leave 5 stars to persuade customers. I really won’t be surprised if this is true. We don’t usually like to leave 1 star reviews but this is my mom’s second attempt and was treated with unprofessionalism by Aaron. They also refused to respond to her online chat requests and phone calls. TAKE YOUR BUSINESS ELSEWHERE PEOPLE. Take your business to professionals who don’t get sensitive because you state your need. And please don’t bother with the response because she has screenshot of everything from last week to present. Then again your responses to the one star reviews are enough proof of how unprofessional you (Aaron) is.
Couldn’t be happier with my custom printing job!! Given my own limited design and technical knowledge, R&P was with me every step of the way and helped guide me through the whole process. the final product looked fantastic!
If you're looking for quality and customer service, look somewhere else. R&P will send out unacceptable prints that do not represent the mock ups approved by the customer. I received a large order of shirts, every one of which was flawed. The shirts were then sent back to be "fixed" and what I recieved the second time was even worse than the first. The whole process took months and every attempt to communicate was ignored by R&P. There was absolutely no effort put into correcting these incompetent services, and my experience with R&P was nothing but a waste of valuable time.
R&P provided unbeatable price, good customer service, quality printing, and timely delivery for a big order (700 shirts). Even though I have never met any of the staff in person since I ordered from Alberta, nevertheless Aaron was diligent and supportive in communication throughout the journey.
