I brought my things in to get sorted. They do not keep a lot of items and usually have long wait times. I have come a couple times and they don’t take more than 1 item or none. The last time I came the girl with an accent was coughing all over all the clothes she was sorting so I wouldn’t be surprised if a lot of people are going to get sick after getting their clothes back.
Don’t bother bringing your stuff here. Apparently they now “don’t accept office wear clothes at this location”… meanwhile office clothes are out on the floor for sale. I brought a huge bag full of items, some brand new, from Oh Polly, for example. The worker spent under 5 mins sorting through (prob didn’t go through everything), only to tell me she won’t take any items… girl you had one simple job
Drove and hour and a half to get to this store, walk up to the door and it’s locked. Workers at the store lied and said “they close two hours early on Halloween” just so the staff can leave earlier what an absolute joke of a place don’t ever come here if you expect good service
Add an hour to your wait time so you have a healthy expectation of when your clothes will be assessed. Oh, and bring lots of fast fashion because anything vintage is no good here!
Always find some awesome things here at a good price. So much better quality of merchandise and far more cleanly than value village. I don’t have any seller experience so I can’t comment on that.
There was a girl who looked like Sharkboy, who always had a problem with me. I don’t know. I don’t know if she still works there. She probably does because the brain can only handle so much information right?
This location is terrible. They "lost" a huge bag of perfectly good clothing that I brought in and offered me a coupon as an apology. When the boss contacted me, he was extremely rude and condescending, essentially telling me to stop bothering him and that my clothes were going to end up in a landfill anyways. I am actually appalled by the customer service here. Do no risk losing all your belongings and then being talked down to.
