I love this spot and the staff at Toronto Flats. I've stayed at 140 Simcoe several times and the location is absolutely fantastic! The suites are lovely and super clean. The staff go above and beyond to ensure that your stay is exceptional. Highly recommend them and already planning my next trip back!

140 Simcoe Street with Urban Flats, amazing units with turnkey solutions to settle in right away. Great location in the heart of downtown Toronto, Union Station is a 10 minute walk, 24 hour grocery store right under the building. Don’t have enough good things to say about this place, the hosts are fantastic as well and offer exceptional service.
Absolutely the BEST furnished rental company in Toronto!!! It’s truly HOME AWAY FROM HOME. From the communication to cleanliness, they give a first-class experience in their thoughtfully designed suites. Each one of their suites feels like a home rather than a hotel. The interior decor is truly artistic with all the home goods in place that you could possibly need. I moved during the pandemic and they were so accommodating to let me see the suites before booking. I stayed in Sapphire and it truly felt like home from Day 1. I am so thankful to the entire team for making my stay as wonderful as possible.
I stayed at 140 Simcoe St and would highly recommend this residence to anyone looking for a place that feels safe and secure, and not like the boxy hotel room, you definitely feel more like you are at home. Lee-Anne and her team were very welcoming and truly professional in accommodating myself and my little doggie (Misty). The check-in is incredibly easy, the neighborhood is very safe, and walking distance to groceries, restaurants, coffee shops, parks and Queen St, the subway is a 5 min walk. The apartments are very quiet inside, and have everything that you need for your stay, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. I would definitely stay here again! Thank -you again!! D & Misty
It was such a pleasure to spend our first month in Toronto in this downtown apartment. Especially given the covid related restrictions that made our travel very complicated. The team at Urban Flats was so helpful and responsive. Their apartment is tastefully done and stocked with all the amenities one would need for a long term stay. The location is perfect, extremely accessible with public transportation. Highly recommend this stay for anyone looking for a hassle free and comfortable stay in downtown Toronto.
I've been travelling in Toronto for few months and stayed at a beautiful suite in downtown, which is managed by "Urban Flats". I couldn't ask for more!!! The suite was just renovated before I arrived, and staying there was comfort, cozy and highly functional. It really felt like home (well, most of the time :)). Thank you guys!
