I’ve taken a few classes with Jade, including Learn to Sew and denim alterations. Learning how to do a euro hem was worth the price of the class alone! She has built such lovely learning studio and community.
If you’re looking to start a craft and are anxious about learning something new, this is the place for you! I took the sewing 101 class as someone who has no sewing prowess and was blown away by how tailored the experience was to new sewers. Liz is truly a phenomenal teacher who is not only incredibly knowledgeable, but someone who teaches to the experience level of the learners in front of her. I felt comfortable to make mistakes and felt I was in good hands the entire time. I will be diving into sewing now, and I will be signing up for future classes!
I took the 2-day beginner intensive course with Liz and I am surprised by how much fun I had. She is an amazing teacher - funny, upbeat and really encouraging. Highly recommend the course and the place has a lovely vibe. I’ll be back when I get chance.
I had the most delightful experience in their beginner sewing class. Sarita is a fantastic teacher and the studio is a wonderful space for creativity and learning. Definitely hope to take more classes in the future!
The quilting class at Neon Needle was so fun and informative and I couldn’t be prouder of the amazing quilt I ended up with! Learned many new skills in the process with Jade and am excited to apply them to my next quilt.
Jade is an amazing teacher and such a kind and wonderful human. I’ve taken her intro to sewing class as well as her mending and altering class and they’ve both been so fun and informative!
