Incredibly awful customer service! Order over $70 of merchandise + $15 shipping fee to Vancouver, and they sent everything to the wrong address! Reached out to delivery company (UPS) and they confirmed the items were delivered to the address provided and sent photo proof of delivery (not my door and not a door within two blocks of my apartment) checked invoice/order details from SSD and my address was correct on this so there must’ve been a mistake when they sent the items. Contacted customer service and they replied once with a message that essentially said ‘aww shucks it happens!’ no compensation offered (not even free shipping to reorder) then ghosted me and will not reply to any further emails - pathetic! Truly awful customer service, now have to find another company to order supplies from to make my Christmas gifts! 0 stars do not recommend at all
The shop appeared to be a bit "chaotic" at first, but I found almost everything that I had selected from their website earlier (various leather sheets). A very helpful shop attendant added to an overall pleasant shopping experience. Good prices, too.
I see what some reviews meant by some of the employers being a little rude cause I went in to get some stuff and the girl rolled her eyes at me when I asked her about the item I wanted and when I requested more of it ;-; The older lady was very sweet though and asked me if I needed help even though I was heading out! I wish I had asked her instead of the girl. I was so excited to go here because I heard such good things about it. Maybe I caught the employer on a bad day idk but it made me not want to shop around cause she also immediately checked me out before I could even look around ;-; Still giving it a 3 star cause it looks lovely
Amazing customer support from Adam, there was a delivery company mix-up and he took the time to respond quickly to explain what happened and to remedy the issue. I definitely recommend coming here for the wide array of products and the great service
I am so happy I found this place, after unsuccessfully visiting other stores. Huge selection of leather and fabric, zippers, buckles, etc, especially leather! The owner is very caring that customers get their best option fulfilled. Although I came right at closing time, as I was running around time looking for a leather match, the staff and owner were kind and courteous, let me select unhurried. Owner took time to ensure I'm happy with the match, gave me a quote and again not a hint of rushing me, which was the most kind, considering I'm new to leather craft. I'm looking forward to coming in again. The wide selection of materials and supplies is amazing, owner and staff are knowledgeable and made sure I went home satisfied.
Lots of stuff in here. They always have the sewing machine needles and presser feet that I need in a spot that I can actually check them out, not hidden away.
Big selection of sewing supplies, just check your bill before leaving, was over charged three different times. Though good place to support as it has an 'old world' feel
