Terrible front desk and sales. Tried calling multiple times and couldn't speak to someone with knowledge of racking systems. When I finally did, it was a disaster they were rude and hurried me off the phone quickly. Please don't waste your time going here.
Lou is the man. I reached out to Rack Kings in a pinch and they went above and beyond to have my order ready for me within the time period I needed them to turn around. I had an unreasonable ask and they delivered!!!!! Rack Kings has always been our go-to for warehouse racking. This experience however cemented them as our go to supplier for our warehouse needs. There are many providers out there, and we regret purchasing from them. They do not respect delivery timeslots and messed up our schedule. Unless you have very flexible timings / schedules and are willing to wait for installation, suggest you go with an alternative provider that respects your time more.
