UPS is very very very bad company they don’t dilever parcel at a time always late i want to say don’t choose this company for ordering parcel literally its very very very bad other companies are dilevering the parcel ups has just one reason weather conditions not too bad weather conditions but still they have this reason and extending dilevery time thank you please dont choose them you can choose DHL

The staff who helped me sending a package was super kind and helpful. I just need a right size package for mine, she helped me to find right size box very friendly.! I would go here when I need to send something next time.!! ?????
I had a disappointing experience at this location. The service was poor, and the staff — particularly the lady working there — was unhelpful and quite rude. I felt ignored and unwelcome throughout my visit. It’s unfortunate, because I was hoping for a better level of customer service. I hope management takes steps to improve the experience for future customers.
Why does the clerk make the customer package up the shipment while the clerk sits around sipping coffee? We don’t work in shipping so it takes us 3x as long to do it and we could easily mess it up or not do as good a job of it. This is very poor customer service.
This UPS Store is amazing! The staff are super friendly and helpful, and they made both shipping and printing so easy for me. Everything was done quickly and perfectly. Definitely my go-to spot from now on!
