Incompetent staff. Main woman there is rude and doesn’t listen or read UPS emails which contradict instructions on how to pick up product. Her ego is gigantic and is bigger than the interior of the store. Hold your breath when entering. Note they are also checked out.
Very service oriented. These guys know shipping and run in an efficient and customer focused way. I really appreciated the packing and shipping service for my artwork. You made my life so much easier today thank you!
This review is focused on accessibility. This location is elevated from the sidewalk by a height of several stairs. There is a common ramp shared among several businesses, located a few yards East of the shop entrance. The entrance does not have an automatic door opener. Going in, the staff was busy, but leaving, she came to hold the door open for me. Despite a line of customers. This was excellent accomodation. The shop layout provides enough space for a wheelchair to access all the materials. The service counter is low enough, almost at table height, that handling parcels was convenient. The shop seemed to be short 1 staff person for the first half on Mt wait. Despite being alone, she was extremely courteous, patient while also multitasking by serving others while I was filling in shipping paperwork. I was very impressed with the overall experience, despite the lack of a key accessibility feature- an automatic door opener button. For this reason, Ive given 4/5 stars. The photo shows the ramp, located in front of a barber shop. Theres a Scotia Bank just east of it.
I cannot believe the lady I spoke to condescendingly screamed at me for quite literally just asking about my package when they told me to call back the next day and I just followed their instructions. The most unacceptable service interaction I’ve ever had. By reading other reviews here, if the manager is speaking to their employees like this, the employees are speaking to the customers like this. This location ought to be shut down or have management and staff overhauled. UPDATE: they deliberately changed my package to “confirmed pickup request” and spitefully sent my package out to Concord, ON. without my consent. Downright appalling.
Frank really went above and beyond with my customer service and delivery of a package I sent this week. Furthermore, the team at this location replies in a timely fashion to emails. I really enjoyed working with this establishment, and I'm appreciative of the work they've done.
Worst customer service. The workers on the truck are awesome but the guy who runs this place is unbelievably rude. He yelled at me for having the audacity to come in to drop off a package because he was closing soon but his door was still unlocked and it was within business hours...
The best UPS store I've worked with! Extremely professional staff! They do their job perfectly by providing recommendations and delivering everything on time!
