The franchise owner is slow, disorganized and rude. The last time I went in (and it will be my last!), with a packed DHL shipment, I waited in line over 10 minutes and was told I needed one more copy of one sheet from my waybill. I asked if he could make the copy, which he did -- and charged me over $2 for one single page b/w photocopy, which is outrageous. He was rude when I asked for a receipt for that charge. He ranted at me when I asked him to scan it before I leave (because this outlet doesn't have that capability), and hurled -- literally threw with force! -- my package onto an unmarked floor-level shelf. Yelling tat e that I was upsetting his other customers (?). At which point I asked that he return the package, as I had little confidence that it would get shipped safely. On previous occasions I've had delays of up to two days between dropping off a DHL shipment and seeing that it has been scanned into the DHL system. Do *not* use this location!
Absolutely the worst customer experience ever. I called customer service and asked to let the driver know that my buzzer doesn’t work and requested to give me a call. However, still got the message “We attempted to deliver”.
