that one washroom in the food court looks like it's in a 3rd world country. Not to mention the constant escalator issues of this place. Actually a good number of malls in some lower standardized countries have better washrooms. Not even comparing Yorkdale mall that's within like less than 10km with far nicer surroundings. Through this post...I just want to see how long it takes the authorities to actually do something instead of sitting in the head offices wearing suits and earning money for no reason and blame someone else!
Very good selection of stores with 3 levels. Beautiful layout & was clean. Ample parking in the parking garage within or beside the mall. I went on a Saturday evening and could easily find a parking space.I would recommend going to this mall for any or all of your shopping needs.
Great shopping mall in downtown Toronto. Facilities such as bathroom are clean despite strong affluence. The mall is very very big but people and electronic maps are there to help navigate through the hundreds of stores. During hot Canadian summer, the Eaton center is perfect to cool off thanks to some very needed A/C. On top of all that, it also is a beautiful building and the central arcade is gigantic! Almost church looking. A metaphor for the temple of shopping maybe?
A very large and diverse mall with almost all the stores one could possibly wish to visit. The entire mall is very clean and the bathrooms are well kept and fancy plus the urinals actually have boards separating them. The mall has kiosks that help you find anything that you are looking for and they are frequently and obviously placed so that you can find the thing that helps you find the things. The mall is well organized and very modern looking. The food court is very elaborate and isn't actually called a food court but 'urban eating'. This is fairly accurate as the food court is modernly designed and the seating is plentiful. The urban eating facility is stretched out so that it seems larger and provides more space in between all the different shops so that you don't feel like you are in a cramped, boring food court like in normal malls. For variety of food options you have the standard McDonald and Tim Horton's in addition to Sushi, Teriyaki, Pizza, Pasta, Salads, Smoothies, Burgers and fries, and pretty much every genre of food that you can imagine finding in an urban eating centre. Their is also a station where you can easily and quickly drop off your platter of food to be cleaned by dishwashers right in front of you, not that you have to stay and watch your platter get cleaned but it's interesting the way it is designed and organized. The entrances and exits are easy to find as well as the bathrooms with lots of signs dangling from the ceiling.
