Warren Hoselton provided us with an experience that was extremely well organized, professional, informative, and most of all FUN! Warren developed a passion for the Toronto Islands History and Community through his many years of past employment as the Toronto Island Parks Manager. He shared this wealth of knowledge with us by means of walks around the beautiful Wards, Algonquin, and Centre Islands, boat rides along the Island lagoons, answering our many questions, and entertaining us with interesting stories and creative humor! It was wonderful meeting everyone who attended the tour; and we all agreed that the experience was very enlightening, positively unique, and definitely an excursion to remember! I would highly recommend this tour!!!
What history! What fun! I had the pleasure of accompanying a friend on this tour of our city’s islands. I didn’t know what to expect, but I was pleasantly surprised at the amount of historical information we were granted. Thanks to Warren, our guide, we walked and listened to the island's history and intricacies. We really got a good sense of what it’s like to be an islander. After the walk, we enjoyed a boat tour, which was so lovely, as we had opportunities to capture the incredible view of the city from the island side, as well as the sunset... magical! Thanks for the full entertainment value, Warren. I now know why you never get tired of hosting this tour! Jojo D

Warren is so connected to the island having been a park supervisor there. He takes you to the past and then back to the future as you roam around the island between private taxi boat rides. I had a couple of 11 + 13 year olds with me who relished in all of the history Warren delivered with images to show the changes of the island. Highly recommended tour if you want to spend a wonderful day out exploring!
We spent a lovely day on the Toronto Islands with our tour guide Warren Hoselton. It's a short walk from Union Station to Queens Quay were we met Warren at T-Dot taxi. A quick trip across to Ward's Island - lots of interesting history and then on to Algonquin and Centre Island. Also, cruising around the islands with gorgeous view of Toronto in the background. You need to take this 3 hour tour - Warren is knowledgeable, relaxed and a great host. He has just retired from the position of Island Parks Supervisor so has a lot of inside information that you won't get anywhere else.
