Reached out to maple sign and placed an order with them. They installed but within 6 months, the light on the sign stopped working. When we called, they said they'll mail out the part but we never received that. Now there is no response when we contact them. Terrible after service. Such a scam. Don't waste your money

House address signs broke from the middle after two months of installation. Now the owner is avoiding the calls even after promising to put new sign. Terrible after service. DO NOT GO TO THEM FOR ANY SERVICE. Very unprofessional! Whole sign is broken…still waiting for the call back……..!!!!
The LED light sign looks amazing and the product is high quality material that suits the size of the house. The power adapter had an issue, but it was resolved within a week with a new one and now works perfectly well. Price is really competitive for the service.
