If you're in need of a snow removal company, Monster Plowing is THE BEST. I am an office supervisor and deal with numerous contractors/vendors and I can say that this company is the most detail oriented, professional, top notch and are an absolute pleasure to deal with. This is our first season with them. I found them in an online search, I was intrigued by all the other positive reviews, and from the moment we signed on with them, their staff were right on the ball, confirming the job scope, doing dry runs, coordinating drop off of extra ice melter for our own use. We've already had a few snowfalls this season and they've always been on time, the front of our property is cleared so the staff can get into the garage and the front door, as well as along the side of our building so that our emergency exits are maintained. This requires a combination of both plowing and shoveling which they do a thorough job of every time. The icing on the cake for me are their communications. Before any weather event they're already well ahead of the game! you get a full report of the upcoming weather situation, a full scope of what their plan of attack is, all done up in a very snazzy email. I've contacted them directly to give kudos and say that I know I have zero to think of or worry about when it comes to them as I know they do a great job and are always on top of the snow, however I still read their emails from start to finish since they're so well done. Again it's very refreshing to have found a company and employees who are so dedicated and good at what they do. 10/10 - HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!!
Winter 2025 my company used Monster for 2 months because our original guy never showed up twice Monster can right away the next day at 2:00 am did a great job.We are going to sign a deal with Monster for next year.Very nice to deal with we barely spoke to them.They plow not chit chat I suppose.
I can’t say enough good things about Monster Plow Company. Every time it snows, they’re out there like clockwork — fast, efficient, and super thorough. It honestly makes winter so much less stressful knowing they’ve got it covered. Our driveway and sidewalks are always cleared perfectly, and you can tell they really care about doing a great job. The crew is friendly and professional too, which goes a long way. If you need reliable snow removal, these are the people to call. They’ve been amazing!

What I find the most valuable while working with Monster Plowing is the quality, consistency, and speed of service. As is often the case they provide me with updates and weather advisories well in advance, and when I have questions I can pick up the phone and talk to a real person and get real solutions. The work ethic and service reliability is top notch and I wouldn't think of changing away from Monster Plowing. When they say they'll show up they actually do.
A joke of a company, don't work there. The company has a horrible attitude towards its employees. I'v been doing snow removal for 16 Years now. Wouldn't recommend this company to anyone!
