This place has gone SO downhill. The people working there are apathetic, lacking knowledge, and the product quality is deteriorating severely. I used to come here for the excellent customer service and advice. My last visit to the Ossington store will be my last ever. The manager is condescending and overtly rude. Highly do NOT recommend. There are much better options in the GTA, namely Sanction and Skis & Bikes. Take your money elsewhere.
Best service I have gotten today. Brought in a broken step on binding to try any chance to fix after went to blue mountain repair shops without success, the employee was very patient and found all the way to help and finally fixed it. It really made my day and my season to snowboard. Great service
NICK!! you are AWESOME !! As someone who is just re entering the sport of skiing after several years away from it - the time you took with me, the welcoming, your honesty, and the laughs - meant SO MUCH. You are an ambassador to winter sports, and the encouragement you provided to keep getting out there I truly needed. There are not many retail people who have a genuine care for customers let alone their co workers - but YOU clearly do !! I hope this company recognizes the value and how fortunate they are to have an employee like yourself. THANKS AGAIN - I 100% recommend this store! Had a really poor time here when I went in to look at gear because there was a store dog that jumped up on me and almost knocked me over. The employees did nothing to stop the dog and I really did not appreciate their carelessness. Will not be returning.
It's expensive but so worth it 1st off, all the staff are great and knowledgeable. They are gonna find anything you need and deal with any issues that come up. One of the biggest reasons to buy from burton. 2nd off, the quality of the products is top tier. I've had zero issues with my gear, and everything feels like great quality. Love their [AK] line with a great feel and warranty. Again, the staff here are top tier, same with the gear overall great experience.

Couldn't have had a better experience with the wonderful and knowledgeable staff (shout out to Alex and Nick) at the Burton shop. Not only did they give us their full attention but they took the time to listen to our needs and riding preferences to really explain the benefits of each piece of equipment. Both my wife and myself had many questions regarding about items ranging from clothing to boots to boards, and the staff not only answered our many questions but also made helpful and practical suggestions as to what would better suit our individual needs. Especially as my wife and I both live and work overseas many of the information that we find are usually online and to have someone answer our seemingly never-ending questions in person was so helpful. Again huge shout out to Alex and Nick (forgive me if I've spelled your names wrong) for all your help. We look forward to coming back again next time we are in town.
