I went back to this restaurant again, but this time I left with a bad impression of the food. The paella was burnt, the croquettes were very salty, and the meat I ate this time was nothing like what I had the last time I was there. It's a shame. I don't know if they changed chefs; it's not good. We told the waiter who served us, and he told Mrs. Matha, who we expected to apologize, but nothing. We didn't even get dessert, which was also awful. I hope they return to their previous standard, as it's a good place to enjoy, but if the food continues like this, I'll think twice about returning or finding a new place.
I went to Santa Marta Bar and Tapas with my husband. We love finding new restaurants and have an experience and enjoy beautiful food. We love Tapas and we found this restaurant very calm atmosphere with great service. Unfortunately they didn’t have the beer (Estrella)we would match tapas food. Also the didn’t have the ham croquets and few more items on the menu. The food also took a long time for one table if two people on the entire restaurant. But what blow me away was the paella and the spinach blue cheese croquets. I will give this restaurant 4 stars just because we didn’t get to enjoy the whole experience on the menu and food took long time.
This is place is a gem. The food and vibe are amazing. Everything we ate was so good. I would highly recommend this place to anyone who is looking for authentic spanish food.
The food was amazing. It really has a home cooked style taste. Very well balanced. The staff is very friendly, the owner is pretty involved in the running of the restaurant. Everything from the food, the ambiance, the music was great. The washrooms were impeccable. I will be returning.
Stopped in after Ossfest for an unplanned dinner and we were pleasantly surprised. The food and drinks were wonderful - each dish was full of flavour and came with a hearty amount to share. I also have to shoutout our waiter - I didn’t catch his name but he was attentive and super friendly! Highly recommend.
This Spanish restaurant is amazing, the food was really good, the paella was my favourite plate. The service was excellent, Edgar was the best. I will definitely return
I was pretty underwhelmed with the food, for the price point, the portions weren’t great either. I’m cognizant that many other reviews have rated this well so maybe It’s a one off! Service was great and the ambiance overall is nice!
