One of the top shops in the hobby — no question. Great mix of hockey, Pokémon, soccer, basketball — from binder singles all the way to Cup RPAs and modern hits. Staff actually treat you like part of the community, not just a transaction. They’re honest about comps, willing to work deals, and always up for some hobby talk. If you’re a collector who appreciates good service, fair prices, and a shop that knows what they’re doing, this is the place. 100% recommend.

In my experience, this store is dishonest and has a weird vibe. I went there with my nephews recently, and the staff were rude and unprofessional. An older man who appeared to be the boss shouted profanity in front of them, using a very loud, high-energy voice, which felt completely inappropriate. We purchased a bunch of Pokémon booster packs. One of the employees told my nephew, “Good luck pulling the God pack.” I asked what that meant, and he explained that a God pack is extremely rare and contains only high-value cards. He also said he had opened around six himself, and his roommate had opened four. After some research, I found that pulling a God pack is extremely rare — many hobbyists estimate the odds are in the low thousands-to-one. I think it is very unlikely for multiple people to have pulled nine God packs in total. That doesn’t seem normal and felt very suspicious to me. At home, the booster packs felt loose and easier to open compared with other sealed packs I own. In my experience, none of the packs contained any high-value cards, which was disappointing. Based on my observations, I think other customers should be cautious. People will do anything for profit, including ruining the game for the kids and people into the hobby.
Visited Relikks while in Toronto visiting family, and it was such a great experience! The shop has an excellent selection of sports cards & pokemon, and the staff were super friendly and knowledgeable. You can really feel the passion and community vibe in the store. Everything was well organized and reasonably priced. Definitely worth checking out!

Absolutely disappointed and offended by the way we were treated by staff. Horrendous customer service- came in with hundreds of mint cards to sell and the guy didn't even take one look at them. Practically pushed us out the door.
