Obscenely over-priced everything. Seating also sucks no matter where you are. I've sat up in the cheapest sections where you might as well not have bothered to see a live show given how far away you are, and have also sat in the front row of the middle section ground floor, not even comfortable folding chairs. Recently saw Joe Rogan (he was great) and sat in the front row of the section adjacent to the middle ground floor seats. It was good being so close to the stage but the seats were so narrow and packed together it was uncomfortable. And I'm a more petite build woman, I don't have broad shoulders but I had to sit with my arms scrunched in front of me there was so little room. But hey, what's a little less comfort for your patrons if it means you can sell a few more seats right? Greedy corporate logic as always.
My home away from home! I love this place!! The MLSE staff are super friendly and always helpful! Wish I could afford to go here more. Im always looking forward to going back! 2 very big thumbs up!!
I was amazed by how great of an experience this venue is! I have been to concerts here before and was astonished by how large it was. I just attended my first (of many to come) sporting events here and was not dissapointed!! All the stadium seating is padded seats, making for a super comfortable event. All staff were very kind, friendly, and energetic! Food and drink stands are all placed in very convenient locations making it easy for a quick grab! I am looking forward to attending more events here!!
The arena is really nice. The seats of course, are kinda small so the man next to me was sitting on my lap basically. As is expected, my feet stuck to the floor from all the spilled, wonderful tasting arena food. In the upper bowl, had a great view of the ice with no instructions, there was enough space that the people in front, were not blocking my view. All staff were friendly and courteous
It's very easy to find your way in the centre by looking at the signs posted. I got there very late for a concert but by asking some people for help, I was able to be in the concert arena before it started. However, because it was my first time there, I had no idea that any snacks or drinks were not allowed in there so I had to throw all of my food in the garbage bin. Also, I was supposed to go in through gate 4 but no one told me that if you have any bags on you than you have to go through the security check on gate 1. Therefore, i had to go all the way back to gate 1 to get in. Other than these two things, I had the best night of my life. I got to see the artists I love in real life. I am also thankful to all the people that I talked to in there. They were all very nice and willing to help me find my way. I will definitely come back here again if any of the artists I love held another concert there.
