We kept our things here for about 7 months and have nothing but great things to say about the customer service, and facilities! Honestly, the most pain-free experience Ive ever had with storage downtown. The guys at the front were very helpful and super chill. Terms were reasonable and flexible, we loved that! The facilities are super secure and clean! You can back your vehicle into an enclosed space m, if needed, and unload everything. Truly awesome service here!!
I had a great experience with them. The process was very easy. The staff was accommodating. The place is clean, well lit and secure. I had no trouble cancelling when I was ready to move my items out. Well worth the price.
Really clean facility. Good lighting if you have to go very late or very early. Security pretty good. I thought the price was great for quite a few years, but then they started increasing almost annually, so its comparable to other places in that area. It is in a convenient area and is easy to get to. I would recommend this facility despite the increasing prices.

I was pleasantly surprised with the customer service here. I dealt with Julia and she is very friendly and understanding and overall the company is very accommodating. What sets them apart from other storage places is the fact that you have the option of using their box truck. There was a promotion where I was able to use the truck free of charge (except for gas) for four hours. That was a huge help as I live in a condo and drive a car. The truck is available other times as well for $20 an hour which is also very reasonable. It would be wise to call and book the truck ahead of time.The facility itself seemed very clean and well maintained. You do have to go in to receive your access code and sign documentation but after that it's 24/7 access via a PIN. Each locker is equipped with an alarm that is automatically disarmed when you enter you PIN to enter the facility and then armed once again when you enter your PIN to exit. My locker was clean and the door was secure (you need your own padlock). The hallways and everywhere else was clean. There is a two vehicle loading bay and there are two or three large elevators to use to access the upper floors. There are lots of dollies around to use free of charge. All these little freebies make this facility well worth it.
