The staff at HOEM on Jarvis are absolutely superb, it honestly feels close to hotel-level service. Everyone is so friendly, approachable, and genuinely helpful. A special shoutout to Hailey and Emerin, who have been especially kind and supportive. As a parent, it gives me great peace of mind knowing my son is well looked after in his first year living away for university. They go above and beyond to make students feel comfortable and cared for, which makes us feel much less worried too. Couldn’t have asked for a better place for him to start this new chapter!

Received an excellent tour from Daniel… took us on a quick tour while he was on his break, HIGHLY appreciate. The space felt really safe and clean, recommend for anyone that is looking for a safe and community environment for their children

I enjoyed my stay at HOEM. The location is incredibly convenient, right in the heart of downtown. The staff was amazing, especially Sharon, who was always friendly and went above and beyond to assist me with anything I needed.

Hands down one of my favorite places to stay❣️ Staff are so efficient, profeesional and informative. I especially love the way Daniel and Sharon always greet me so warmly. They remember me and get me going sobfast up to my room. The rooms are clean & comfortable. Lots of amenities within easy walking distance too. Daniel has gone the extra mile everytime I have checked in and his watm demeanor is realky kind. Sharon is a great problem solver and always quietly gets things done. So much thanks to Hoem, staff and especially Daniel and Sharon..ypu are the best at service with a smile❣️ PS ypu must bringnyour own personal care including face cloth, soap, shampoo

Daniel and Sharon were SO amazing and helpful my entire stay. Before we moved in, they took me and my group on a little tour of the building and amenities and they gave us goodie treats! Thank you!

Fantastic Group Residence!! Our high school group, consisting of students, teachers/chaperones and parents stayed for a two week duration for the Toronto Fringe Festival. We were given an entire floor and the facilities suited us perfectly. ● The common room on our floor served as a meeting/rehearsal space. ● The full kitchen in every suite allowed us the option of cooking. ● The common room on the second floor was a dream entertainment space for boys. ● In-house paid laundry was convenient and there was paid parking. The individually carded rooms was a surprising plus for group travel as being able to isolate those who were ill prevented the entire group from crumbling. And the staff was really friendly as well. Kayla, was super helpful and fun. Daniel too was the kind, pleasant face and voice that greeted us almost daily while Sharon was always ready to help. Even the ancillary staff was friendly (was he OG?). And it's really beautiful!! The decor and aesthetics are inviting and beautiful! That green wall by the laundry is breathtaking! By the end of the trip, students were evaluating how viable Toronto was as an option for University. The only negative experience for me was the grey sheets and towels after the first cleaning that had a weird smell vs the original crisp white linen. But that was eventually changed out. Also the early check out (but that's a me issue cuz I didn't have the funds to pay for the late check out) but we were accommodated in the communal space until we had to leave. So it's actually a testament to how accommodating they are I guess. Will recommend!! Will repeat!! Thank you HOEM!! The Trini Posse ?? felt the love!! ❤️❤️❤️

Lauren and Nanthana at the front desk were very helpful when I couldn’t open my jar of chili oil. They were so patient and determined to help me even though it was something I could have dealt with myself. I was very grateful to have two people to provide me with the emotional support I needed in my time of distress. They are my saviours and I don’t know what I would have done without them please give them a raise??????
