My experience with Vanmates was honestly terrible. I hired their service expecting professional support to move comfortably into my new apartment, but I didn’t receive anything positive at all. Their service is not cheap, yet they offer no real benefits. They made me wait several days, didn’t solve anything, and didn’t follow through on any of the things they promised. The worst part is that they charged me $1,000 for literally doing nothing. It was a complete waste of time, money, and energy. I felt ignored, unsupported, and extremely disappointed. I do not recommend Vanmates at all. Avoid using their services. This has been, without a doubt, the worst agency I’ve ever dealt with.

But Sergio and Tamara helped me to find a new place so quickly and made the whole process easy and stress-free. They were both so kind, patient, and supportive the entire time, always keeping me updated and making sure everything went smoothly. Currently staying in one of their units at Mirvish Village and I must say, Vanmates really goes above and beyond to build a strong and vibrant community. Staying in condos can be daunting because it’s hard to meet your neighbours, but this company organises events and social gatherings to make sure we can forge connections and meet like-minded people. I’m not gonna say they’re perfect because no company is but even when there are issues, the team really tries hard to resolve things quickly and make us feel like we’re not being brushed aside. Because of this, I’ll be extending my lease and hopefully continue to share in the good vibes that Vanmates consistently offers!! If you’re someone that values community and good customer service, I would recommend 10/10.
Staying at Bloor 88 was a pleasure. The location is prime with everything you need just steps away from subway, dining options, and stores. Definitely recommend. ??
