Every time I visit, I can get freshly made maki rolls and sushi. The ingredients are always super fresh, and the rolls are so delicious that I just keep coming back! Definitely one of my favorite takeout sushi spots.✨
Quality is not reflective of the price. Onigiri is decent but they stop making them early so it's never available. In fact the shelves are empty most of the time. It's like they don't want to make money.
Said my order was ready for pick up at 7:00 on DoorDash. Arrived at 7 and argued with me that it was for 7:30. Worst experience ever. They are completely incompetent!!! Then they let me wait for 10 minutes and cancelled my order. Right on!!!
always really good quality and fresh even from the grab and go shelf, and the service is always quick and friendly. there’s always a good variety including vegetarian options and it’s always somewhere i know will be consistently good and reasonably priced. i always come back here!
Surprisingly delicious and fresh tasting inari and sushi rolls in grab and go format. Lady was willing to make fresh sushi to accommodate my shrimp allergy!
Mediocre flavorless old sushi for 16.33. I asked the lady if it was made today and she said yes. The sushi wrap was soggy and fell apart. Wouldn’t recommend, saw the reviews and figured I’d grab something to go. Should have skipped and sat down instead of old dried salmon
I had been pretty disappointed by Toronto sushi until I found this place. It’s nothing fancy (and I’m not looking for super fancy for sushi) but it is fresh, consistent, relatively inexpensive, and quick! It’s more in line with Vancouver style quick sushi restaurants. Lots of options including bowls, gyoza, rolls, sashimi etc. and the staff is so nice! Grab some sushi and then head down to Sunnyside beach and enjoy! (Also in my picture I had already eaten some of the salmon tuna crunch roll, that’s why it’s smaller haha)
