I hired them to drive customers both lately and a few years ago. They've always been punctual, professional, and the automobile has always been in perfect condition. Extremely recommended. Strongly suggested.
I would give 0 stars if I could. I was completely ghosted by this company today despite having a confirmed reservation that was made 3 weeks ago. No car showed up at the confirmed time, and no answer or response from the phone numbers provided. Had to drive to the airport last minute in my own vehicle and pay exorbitant parking fees. Avoid this company at all costs.
Had a reservation booked for today at 7am, driver didn't show... have called and called and no answer. Just spoke with them yesterday and confirmed the booking over the phone! They have left a senior and a child without a ride to the airport to visit family over the holidays. Do not use this taxi service!
I'm a disabled senior. Planning a trip in August, called to get rate. Told them where I'm staying downtown & right away they said I should use Beck Taxi as their minimum is $55. Didn't even try to secure my business! If I'd wanted a regular cab, I wouldn't be calling them! Also, their website says the pick you up right at the airport. They don't. You have to take the ferry & get their vehicle at Queen's Quay! Typical scam Masters. Glad I don't live there anymore!
Really good experience from ordering on the webpage, confirmation by mail and sms. Driver on time polite and great service with nice drivers in both direction form Toronto Airport.
