Very bad customer service My expectations were very minimal, especially as a first-time customer. I was the only customer in the restaurant and asked a few simple questions, but the staff member seemed annoyed and made unpleasant faces. This is not acceptable customer service, and I hope proper training is provided.
This was my second time at this place i had regular spicy chicken burrito which was so delicious and filling. The place was clean, staff was so polite. I will come back with my friend to try there other menu items.
The large burrito was the perfect size for the price, it tasted great and was right on time. The 2 ladies inside were nice, too. I do wonder if they use black food coloring for the jerk sauce...
Good burritos, the veggie ground is nice. Large portions too, I got a medium on my first visit but had to downsize too small because it was so big. Good service too.
Went in during lunch a few days ago with a companion. We had just beat the rush. My order was taken first but I notice they are a bit slow in making the food.. Once other people start walking in they skipped my companions order.. they need to have a better way taking customer orders, in order! I got stake tacos but the stake tasted like they had put curry seasoning in it or something?!.. don’t get me wrong I love curry but not when it’s paired with stake..
