I had the best massage of my entire life with Nancy, and right next to me my friend received the best massage in the world from Fey. Arrived with severe back pains!!! 1 star is for the therapist who work so hard, and always delivers excellent service. However, this place looks like a dump, the beds are old, hard, and squeaky. It has nothing close to spa ambiance, you can tell it needs a deep cleaning, and I never saw the therapist change the bed lining before sending another client inside the room when I was done. These people also donot cultivate relationships with their returning clients, I’ve been there several times and I’m always treated like a new customer. There’s better out there for my money I’m sure.
I've been coming here for a few years now and the Thai massages are frankly incomparable with any other treatment I've had elsewhere. They will find muscles you didn't even know you had, get deep into all your knots and areas of tension, and stretch you out with tangible results. You'll be pushed to your limits of pain tolerance, but unlike Swedish massage (which now feels redundant to me), you actually feel the positive effects long after the treatment. Never had anything but friendly and courteous service and will continue to frequent Wellness Mountain as long as I live in Toronto.
First time at Wellness Mountain, found them through Google, searching affordable massages in the city. I brought my moms for a massage to treat them for Mother’s Day trying the Thai massage for the first time and overall experience theres and mine - we are coming back!! :) For those who are reading this for the details: this place is on the second floor, it’s small but has a quaint atmosphere, rooms don’t have a lot of decorations (makes sense your there for a massage not a photoshoot lol), they have a shared room for two people (so if your planning to go with someone and be in the same room, they offer that option) the ladies are all very friendly and patient while in the massage room. Each massage therapist treated each of us well, and we can feel that they really do know what their doing (expert level) and they give you different pressure points and ask you constantly how the pressure feels. If your into great prices and very good service this place is for you.
Perfect experience for my first massage, Wellness Mountain feels cozy and inviting. Narumon did an excellent job and helped release built up tension and knots in my upper back and legs. I left feeling like I was in a different body than the one I arrived in. She is very intuitive and gave my problem areas a lot of relief and attention to detail. Would definitely come back

We have amazing massages here. We have been coming here for just under a year now and will not go anywhere else. The staff are friendly and very informative and actually try to heal you. Keira and her team perform the best therapeutic and Thai massages we have ever had. My wife has her facials done here too and she said Nisha gives the best facials she has ever had - she is fantastic.
