We had a terrible experience here. They sold us defective tile, the installer installed it and we had to rip it all out and redo it. We reorder the product but in a different size and it was not defective and was installed the same way. We contacted them right away. They asked for pictures throughout all the install. Luckily we had about 8 during various stages. They ask for more. We provided a video of the left over tile with a bow in it unable to sit flush, along with more images. They still wanted more pictures and won't accept the product was defective. I'm honestly shocked at how they handled the situation and expected better from a big distribution company. They have now discontinued the product, which is a massive red flag we were not the only people with issues. I will never purchase or source their product again. Try Cercan, Stone Tile, Deco Tile or ANY other company as I know they would accept responsibility and try to remedy the situation.
Very unprofessional staff I’m very disappointed called to just to inquire about flooring the front disk lady was sooo rude very unprofessional and then she transferred me to 2 different people who were same unprofessional people yelling at customer they need to know how to talk to a customer I’m a contractor and they lost a client and I have told all my contractor friends not to buy anything from here waste of time I’m not here to get insult that was a stupid behaviour.
I've been going here for years! Always friendly and helpful. They have everything you need for tiles and a great selection. Drive through pickup basically which is very convenient!
You can be the first or second person in line to pick up your order, yet you'll still be the 5th maybe 6th to leave with your stuff. I had maybe 12 boxes in my order, not that much yet it took long as usual. Thankfully there's a nice snack bar while you wait.
Once again we had a great experience today at Centura because of Fatima! She knows her stuff really well which made it easy for us to select the items we needed. I would definitely recommend her to anyone I know shopping for tiles. Thank you again Fatima!
If you have a small project, they will basically ignore you. Old guy with long beard is such an ignorant sales person. he has attitude problems. Wouldn’t recommend dealing with him.
Great experience. The staff were welcoming and great to work with. No one had a sales attitude or was trying to sell you on products - you approach them when you need help. They have a great selection of tile with some quite unique pieces. It was also great to see a tile shop open on weekends!
