Amazing experience, Richard knows what he is doing and customer service is above and beyond. I only expected him to fix the flat tire but he not only did that but did some other maintenance work including brake tightening, filling up air in the front tire as well as tightening some loose screws without me even asking for it or charging me extra for it!!! Amazing service thoroughly professional and highly recommended!!
If you got a flat tire on your e-scooter, do yourself a favour and have this guy fix it for you! He's super responsive, honest, and does a wonderful job at a fair price. I left my NIU KQi3 Pro with him for a rear tire change, went to grab a coffee nearby, and just 30 mins later I was on my way home with a brand new scooter. A couple years ago, I regrettably went to a certain blue repair chain for another tire issue I had; I wish I had found this guy back then instead, he honestly puts them to shame!
His shop was far away from mine so I thought to ask him on call if he could help me fix it and he was nice enough to. Helped me fix a front tire that got popped out of the rim that I’ve been trying to fix for weeks, great guy.

He's super nice and knowledgeable. He fixed my inner tube on my flat tire, also filly fixed/adjusted my brakes on top of that. I could tell it was a tricky job but he got it done well and for a very fair price. He also walks you through everything, teaching you how to maintain everything.
Speaking of QUALITY control! He walks you through step by step even suggesting products to buy off Amazon! My front tire was leaking goo and he knew right away what the problem was! BUT WAIT, there’s more, he tightens the break, puts more air pressure on the other functioning tire for safety all at a reasonable price! Leave your trust issues aside! Highly recommend!!!!
An absolute rude customer service I was very disappointed with his attitude please avoid if you can. Mr tire changer read your conversation in WhatsApp you never mentioned that you work only on appointments when I said I’m coming today or tomorrow you just shared your location before giving your location you must mention that Try to learn how to deal with customers in a professional way even though your business or should I say your work that you do is the lowest point a person can get but to rise and reach heights u must educate yourself
