As a woman on my own needing a tow im always hesitant in these kinds of situations but Dave put me right at ease. He was honest and direct right away that for a 4WD the tow is more complicated and to do it safely without potentially causing damage it would be a more expensive process. It was getting dark and he arrived in less than 15 minutes. He helped me trouble shoot, checked the engine and fluids, offered to escort me to the mechanic first as a cheaper option and provided a boost before my battery conked out completely (need a new alternator and battery). So I was aware of several things in advance which was a big help for me and my mechanic. He went above and beyond to give me clear information and not cut any corners. I appreciate his professionalism and integrity. I would definitely recommend his services and will use him again if I ever need another tow. Thanks Dave!

Dave from Duallys Towing came quickly to the crash, and was honest and upfront about the towing service, and was helpful with advice about what photos to capture from the crash for insurance etc. He didn't charge me for an extra tow back to the wreckers, and was able to give me a ride home after the crash too. Overall a nice experience on a bad day.
Really disappointed with him taking advantage of my situation. I originally got a tow and was quoted $300 which I paid upfront and then told him I had to change the location to somewhere much closer , this was not at rush hour, and I called him within 5 minutes of moving the car. He took to the location no problem and promised me a good deal for when I had to move it to the next location. But after getting his money, the deal, was no deal. Somehow a tow with 60km less of distance is somehow only $50 less? But he knows that's still cheaper then the other options by the slimmest of margins , so he's decided to take advantage of his leverage and will not acknowledge my very sound reasoning. Anyways, he towed the car fine, Everything else seems completely unfair. Id rather spend my money somewhere else and pay up.
