Ordered a cab, could barely understand the dispatcher as the sound quality was worse than the average drive thru. Ordered and waited. They called to then tell us they couldn't pick us up as we weren't in their area. We are in Scarborough, which is a part of Toronto through. They then told us to use a different cab company! No wonder people prefer Uber/Lyft!
This company took advantage of me while I was intoxicated, charging me an outrageously high fare without any explanation or consent. I was completely unconscious in the vehicle, and the charge was processed without proper authorization. When I called to request information, they refused to provide any details and abruptly hung up the phone. I am now taking legal steps, including reporting this to the police and relevant transportation authorities. This level of unprofessionalism and exploitation of a vulnerable person is not just unethical—it may be criminal. I strongly advise others to avoid this service.

Was looking to take a taxi from Ontario place driver of 1241 quoted me 20 bucks I asked why his meter wasn’t on he said “ no, flat rate “ mind u I with 2 kids I looked at Lyft rates and they were much lower so I asked again “ can u turn ur meter on he said “take a Lyft “ terrible service!!!!! Got out the car in the rain with my 2 kids.
The operator said they sent a taxi but a taxi did not show up after an hour. When I called back they were very rude and told me that they don't know the time until it will be there and to walk around to flag a taxi down and then said it is not his problem.
