I don't even want to give 1 star to this store! The poorest service I’ve ever experienced! I recently visited the store for a PR photo. I wore a colored T-shirt, but the photo turned out overly bright, causing the outline of my shoulders to blend into the white background. Even my face was a bit overexposed. When I raised this issue with the staff, he assured me that the photo met the required standards. The staff said I could come back for a retake or refund only if the government rejected the photo. This is completely unreasonable—it would waste my time and create unnecessary hassle. How can I submit a photo that clearly doesn’t meet the standard? The next day, I went to another shop to take my PR photo, and the staff there said that the photo I had was not up to standard. I felt forced to pay for a photo that did not meet acceptable standards, and I WILL NOT be returning to this store again!
I don’t know why everyone’s leaving such bad reviews, I love it here! The folks that run this place are so helpful and kind. They have mostly everything you might need and if they don’t have it, are helpful with pointing you in the right direction. I come here multiple times a week and have never had a bad experience.
Be aware. This store charges you a credit card transaction fee without letting you know. Then when questioned about it says you accepted to the total on the machine in a degrading tone.
Do visit them if you want to ruin your mood or day. Haven't encountered such rude customer service in entire country so far! The guy at the counter thinks he is doing a charity by attending to a customer. Visited them for passport photo service. They mentioned on website 11.99 but he asked me for 16.90. i told on website he has quoted 11.99. his response "this is the price. Do you want it or not". No doubt, i walked out.
I took photos here for US visa application, Dubai visa application, PR card renewal and Canadian citizenship application. No issues with the pictures. They were accepted. The people working there are well mannered. Only issue is that pictures aren't flattering. So I suggest putting on lot of good coverage makeup if you don't want blemishes, dark circles, acne etc. to be obvious.
Went there today to take pictures for my new passport. The manager is so kind and welcoming. He knew exactly what size of photo I needed for my foreign passport, and everything with a smile. Highly recommended!!!
I only went in here once a decade ago and the person running the shop accused me of shoplifting and demanded I empty my pockets. They literally ran after me after I had exited the shop and grabbed me. I'd assume in the last decade they've got new/better people working there but it was the most unprofessional thing any store has ever done to me so I'll hold this grudge forever.
