I was surprised by the attitude of the lady and also the restaurant was so dirty. The kitchen was unexpected so dirty. There was no customers even though they had no customers they were full of attitudes and roots. I don’t recommend this place not for quality not for the food and not for anything

Vital-Life Vegan is such a gem! The portions are amazing for the price—generous, filling, and worth every penny. The food itself is delicious and clearly made with good-quality ingredients. It’s so nice to eat at a place that’s completely vegan, with no meat anywhere on the menu. The customer service is also excellent—friendly and attentive without being overbearing. Definitely one of the best spots in the area for healthy, tasty, and satisfying plant-based meals.

I had the chickpea curry plate. The serving was large and included the chickpea curry, plus rice with beans, and salad. Absolutely delicious. Curry was very flavourful, the rice was cooked to perfection, and the salad was very fresh with a wonderful dressing (I want to know what was in it!). Tamarind drink was really yummy too - had never tried a tamarind drink before. So nice to find a fantastic vegan option - and at a reasonable price!

The food is good.. but the portion size is smaller than what you would expect for. It is on the pricier end and for the price you would expect a larger portion of sides. The price of things seem inconsistent. I once came in asking how much a side jerk costed, and the person working there said $5 for a side portion. Another time I came in asking for a side jerk and another worker said $15. $15 for a side of soy jerk is insane to me .. I might as well buy a whole meal, which would just cost me $3 more. The cost and the reasoning as to why made no sense to me. A side portion of anything shouldn’t be costing $15 when your actual meal with rice& peas, greens and plantain cost $18.

OMG very delicious, authentic and a wide variety of meals to choose from, I personally know the owner but my review is not based on our experience but coming straight from my heart, I'm so in love with the cauliflower BBQ bites, the everything bowl and I haven't had tamarind juice in years so that's a must have for me, over all I must say come and try them for yourself, I recommend this vegetarian restaurant over most I've seen in Toronto.

Today, I got the everything bowl rice and everything bowl roti. Very very very delicious. The soy protein tasted amazing and so did the chickpeas, the salad, the veggies. The restaurant was very clean and the staff/owners were friendly too. Will definitely visit again with family.

Got the chick pea curry bowl. The salad lettuce very shredded like chipotle topping but was fresh. Rice and peas was slightly dry. Chick pea curry is alright and the plantain is good. Would probably try another dish.
