Best Karaoke I have been to, really nice, you have the machine with the big remote in Korean but you also have a tablet in the room to use it to pick songs in YouTube so there are basically no limits in the selection of music
I love this place! The rooms are clean and spacious. They have their own karaoke system and YouTube - both are very easy to use. The staff were very attentive as well. We'll definitely come back!
We were regulars, but sadly owner came into our room and accused one of my friends of breaking something in the washroom in the middle of us singing. She had no proof besides stating it happened in the men's washroom and made one of my friends clean the mess. She stated we were the only room that had men hence, if anything was broken in the men's washroom, it was our fault. She confronted the only other room at the time (with korean girls) if they were the ones that broke the vinyl in the men's washroom and they said they didn't so, of course we were told to leave even though we didn't do anything. The korean girls were gone before we were even told to leave, owner was upset with us and even said she was disappointed we would "do that to her" as we were regulars. I asked her to check security cameras and she refused, said she would only do it at the end of the night after kicking us out. As the owner was Korean, the treatment we received as an non Asian group felt very targeted and racist. We won't be going back there anymore sadly. Hope the korean girls you allowed to leave before cleaning the mess they made were worth you losing regular customers. If I'm wrong, please post the video of who damaged property at your spot.
We recently went there with large group. Workers were attentive when we needed to help with microphones in our room. Sorry if we bothered you too much! The room was pretty large and we were impressed how clean and neat it was inside. We enjoyed the vibeeeee. Honestly did not expect anything from outside. Def visit again 20000%!
Disrespectful, rude staff. She even tried to refuse debit payment, she just took customer without cleaning after customer used the room. Never visit again.
Horrible service! The only staff member was rude with our group until we just quietly waited for her to leave us alone. There are plenty of fun karaoke places in this area. Avoid this one! October 2018
Not even worth to have one star. We will never go there again . Horrible service. Without last notice they just kicks us out. + We didnt know about the drinks and we were really sorry about that but u kicked us out saying we have passed so much time in a very rude way while never mentioning about the end time. Do u even think about doing service or even paying attention who is in ur location? No other place just comes in in the middle of the song in that attitude and ruining the time. The screen didnt even have the time on to tell us when it was going to end so we just continue using the room. So funny how u dont reply to other replys but us LOL wonder y u guys didnt have customers good luck. The price was cheap so if u guys want cheap, horrible service and disrespecful attitude in return, go ahead :)
