Very clean facilities! The staff are fabulous and always helpful: they are responsive, professional and wonderful to deal with (including interacting with clients and guests). I highly recommend Intelligent Office for temporary or more permanent office accommodations. We found the facilities at First Canadian Place to be a great turn-key option at very reasonable costs.

Past: The lady who answered the phone on Tuesday June 6, 2023 is an absolutely wreck. She's super rude no help, speaks super fast and doesn't offer any help.
