Terrible service, hidden fees everywhere, never tell you how much it costs until after you’ve paid, do not use, they are scammers and don’t even do much, charged me $1000 for a $100 visa. When I called originally the customer service line told me it was $100 for the service on top of what the cost was to get the visa, they told me customer service was mistaken, but I wouldn’t have bought the service if they were correct, also my rep told me later the cost was $940 then when I told them about what customer service told me the told me they knocked it down to $700. Then when I paid thinking it was $700 I was charged $1000 Order number: CA0079018
CIBT and Visa connection are both the same company. After asking friends and family, i would still like an explanation as to why i was charged $300 for a Visa to vietnam. My friends are telling me that they usually go for under $50. Are you guys a Scam?
