I went to Supplement for Less / Happy nutrition many times. Olga is always friendly and helpful for all my incuries. She is caring and professional young lady with big heart. I am really appreciated her service.
Like so disappointing that their online store information is not accurate. I walked 10KM, to support a local business during a pandemic instead of buying the item off of Amazon. And the store is closed.
I am very disappointed with Olga Grass' weight loss program at Happy Nutrition here at 2323 Bloor Street. What a waist of money! I didn’t loose any pounds, instead my appetite increased and I keep craving sweets and bread. Later I found out that this program is about food only, but I was sold a bunch of supplements. She is all about profit, not the results. It is such a pity that somebody who is in a holistic business like this is so arrogant, sarcastic and uncompassionate. All negative reviews she answers in such a rude and sarcastic way, instead of apologies for mistakes and admitting her own fault and to improve her service. Everything looks so unprofessional.
Most of her positive reviews are fake and are written by the person who has vested interest in this business. Her blood test service is also a scam and is a tool to push that affiliated person’s supplements. His review is always on the top. After the blood test I was sold 5 bottles of his vitamins that made me sick and cost me a fortune. The pictures are attached.
Every time I shopped there the owner asked for cash and never gave me a receipt. When I asked for the receipt just once, she was very surprised and said that no one ever asked her for receipts and that I shouldn’t worry about that. Now I would rather buy from somebody else who conducts honest business, declares income and pays taxes.
Not sure I would come back to this store and here are my reasons: Happy Nutrition/Compass Health/Bionaturo Health Center sell the lowest quality products with high price markups. All three business are registered under Olga Grass. In case you are curious about the honest of the positive reviews - Can Tarcia and Alex Kostikov just happen to be the same person and Grass' lover. Two reviews were written by Grass children - speaking about manipulating children :) Oleg Perelygin is an ex boyfriend. Other positive reviews are also fake. Do you know that Grass will call the police and ask to investigate if you write a negative review? Do you know that she is under investigation by the York Regional Police for theft and fraud?
Do not believe negative reviews. All of these one-star negative reviews were written by one woman. She has never been a customer of this store. She is a former competitor who lost her business due to her own inability to work. ----- In actual fact --- Very good health store. The owner of the store is a true professional! She has such a deep knowledge of medicine that even certified doctors have something to learn from her. The store is not big but the range of health products in it is surprisingly extensive and very carefully selected. Prices are very reasonable, plus the owner always recommends brands where you can save money without compromising on quality. Such an honest and open approach to business is very rare now!
