The formals are wonderful and beautifully mixed with candids that caught the moments just before and after the official shots. His photos of the celebrations depict the mood of the events. Luminous Weddings was the obvious choice for us for several reasons. The photos from Ryan and Bruna's portfolio spoke for themselves -- each photo told its own story and was captured just at the perfect time. This was important to me as I wanted our photos to be timeless and not just ones that were a cute cliche Instagram post. With Ryan and Bruna you are getting more than excellent photographers, they are also talented artists. When taking your photos their minds are constantly scanning the terrain for the perfect angles and spots. They quickly pick up on interactions, body language and dynamics between you and your partner. They know how to guide you to get the best shot instead of "staging" you. I should also add that we had our engagement shoot taken before the COVID-19 pandemic hit and our wedding photos were taken during the pandemic. In both scenarios, Ryan and Bruna were extremely professional and cautious about following the COVID-19 protocols. While our wedding was not what we had originally planned, I could not have been more happier with how it turned out. Bruna is an absolutely incredible photographer! My fiancé and I are working with her for our wedding and we just recently completed our engagement shoot. Having Ryan as our photographer on our wedding day was the perfect decision. We celebrated our one year anniversary yesterday and went through our photo's as memories and Ryan is truly so talented. He catches the perfect moments and he has a special touch with getting such beautiful backgrounds and has different ideas. He was a pleasure to deal with from our first email to him keeping in touch after the wedding.
