Chris and his amazing treatments helped me a lot with my running journey in preparation for half marathons and recovery from low back pain. I've worked with April and Chris and I can say they both are magic. April has a smile that lights up a room, and she holds space through her session in a way that feels encouraging and uplifting but with a grounded presence. It doesn't feel forced, it feels real. Chris is Mr.magic hands hahaha. This guy had such a great intuition of functional movement and is able to relate not just the physical restrictions that I've experienced but tap into how the physical body is responding to emotional stress. He doesn't bandaid the issue, it helps you find the root of it. Couldn't reccomend these guys more, they are amazing people of service but more importantly just simply amazing people overall :)
