We recently hired Toronto Doors and Windows to replace all the front windows on our three storey home, as well as two on the side, for a total of 8 windows and 1 door. Randy and team were great to deal with from start to finish, they source quality product which is made to spec not too far away, and their install team are super experienced (they did a beautiful job on the install). I would recommend them to anyone looking for new windows and/or doors!

I had to replace a bedroom window - it was old, it had a failed seal and moisture was coming in. I reached out to 3 installers. Cost wise, two were similar including Toronto Doors and Windows. The third one was 3x the cost. I decided to go with Toronto Doors and Windows. I gave them the measurements and they gave me a quote. In a couple of days, they came to verify the measurements. They were on time. I was told the Window would be ready for installation in 4 weeks. Around 4 weeks later got a message with an installation date and time. The installer was also here on time. He put floor protectors and completed the job without any fuss. They were cost effective, punctual and the installation was clean. Hence, I would recommend them without hesitation. I now hope the window will last for many years. And if there is a problem I am confident that will get the necessary help. If not, I will update my review here.
Our experience with Arash and the rest of the team was truly extraordinary. From start to finish they made every effort to make our vision come to life. My wife and I, when traveling through Europe were inspired by the beauty of their classical front doors. We came to Arash with our vision and quickly set up a plan to make it a reality. We engaged a stained glass artist to help us with the colored stained glass and the team at Toronto Doors and Windows were able to match a custom color based on our photos. The end result is beyond our expectations. We recommend working with this company and would definitely hire them again.
Very good experience working with Toronto Doors and Windows to replace a garage door with a four-panel sliding patio door on a garden shed. Arash was a huge help deciding on the right style of replacement door and Jasmine was in regular communication on the status of the order. The order arrived ahead of schedule and the door was installed soon after. The installers were easy to work with and the install was clean and professional. I will definitely be contacting Arash for future door or window installations!
The four windows which were in the odd shapes of trapezoids and triangles, were delivered exactly according to specs and fit perfectly into their places in our cottage.
Hoping to maintain the architectural integrity of our 1920s house and retain our historic windows, I was in touch with this company about simply replacing the storm windows. They recommended removing the old entirely and offered no solutions that would retain the character windows which we are carefully trying to protect and preserve. Other companies were more helpful. :(
