Shah and his team were great and helped us with restoring our old floors and stairs. They came our for a consultation and provided advice, they were clear about the options, provided realistic assessment and did not overpromise. They were diligent and professional when carrying out the work and were helpful with dealing with some unforseen situation with the floors after carpet removal. Would definitely recommend.

Shah and his team did a wonderful job on refinishing our old hardwood floors. We had him out for a quote earlier this year, and he was quick and thorough generating an estimate and walking me through the options for refinishing. It took us a few months to get it together to actually start the project, but he remembered my name when I phoned and we were able to work out a start date easily. He and his team came in and sanded and refinished quickly, and mixed a custom stain to match our existing hardwood stairs. He was lovely to work with and we are very happy with the floors.

Hired the team amd used their luxury 7$ per sq foot package, they are truely a Professional team, on time and punctual They Masked every single doorway and cabinet doors, all my vents were masked and covered, they changed my air duct cover for free to real hardwood, they even painted my baseboard afterwards and cleaned everything to perfection They even painted my baseboards white afterwards At first I wasn't sure about the 7$ price tag but it was worth every penny. We had a hassle free floor renovation Definatly recommend shah and his team
