Very Impressed with the service from initial quotation to completion of installation . Quotation details were clearly explained including the various options of furnace & payment. Timekeeping was excellent . Installation was quiet and hassle free, even though it did take longer than expected. Job area was cleaned up. Technicians were capable and thorough. No issues found after inspection and running for last full day .
This was simply the best experience we've ever had with a repair contrator from start to finish. Our boiler was fixed quickly and efficiently by Habib who figured issues and solved them in just about an hour time, very smart and skilled technician. Communication with AccuServ and Jay (hope I remember his name right) was flawless and clear. I called in the morning and we had hot water by 4 PM. He even apologized not being able to come right away because of their schedule. We had previously worked with Hoerner (now Dr HVAC I think) but their prices were off the roof and they were calling us every other week to offer parts replacements at ridiculous rates as part of maintenance, for parts that were working just fine. Accuserv charged us a good rate for the excellent job they have done and they have an efficient customer management system where you can see your history, bills and make payments online. Even the technician messaged us to confirm the appointment and introduce himself and came earlier than they had promised. Thank you so much, our house is warm and we have hot water now because of you!
Unfortunately, AccuServe has misadvertised on its webpage. Despite a full page advertising duct work and repairs to duct work, when I contacted them with the need for relatively urgent duct work, I was told by Accuserve that they do not do duct work. They said that there were a few corrections that need to be made to their webpage. It is not a few corrections, there is a whole page advertising the duct work they do and services they provide. It is unfortunate that the public cannot rely on their website or their representations.
AccuServ scheduled and provided prompt service for my boiler / furnace cleaning, maintenance. Service tech Habib, a polite, kind and knowledgeable gentleman walked me through the various stages of the service call. AccuServe are local to me and I chose them because of my past experience as well as the many positive online reviews. Update: I just had Nakeem Burnett visit for gas related issues and a fireplace cleanup. I trust this company and these two employees implicitly.. Thanks for having my back!
