MJ from Dial One Professional Duct Cleaning came on time (gave us an advanced heads up on timing), great professional communication, and most importantly did an excellent job in completing the work efficiently. Even though it was only 1 person, MJ moved quickly, while taking care to answer any and all questions we had, as well as showing before and after photos & pictures. MJ & Aiman came to my house to clean our ducts and dryer vent. They did a great job at cleaning, disinfecting and deodorizing everything . They were prompt, professional, careful and courteous working in our home. The place smells so much cleaner and we’ve noticed a drastic reduction in dust. Contacted this company multiple times to try to get an appointment. First time was via email and I asked to book an appointment and never heard back from the person using a Gmail address. Second time was via the phone and the person said he was driving and couldn't access the scheduler so I should text my details. Did so and never heard back. Third time was via phone and the person answered and said he was super sick and couldn't think straight but he would call me back in 10 mins. That was 3 weeks ago. Company seems to be a one man operation and the person answering the phone seemed to be purposely wasting my time. Why? Who knows.
Absolutely dreadful and unprofessional service. Was quoted for a job and then told it would cost much more when they arrived even though I gave them all the information they asked for. The guys said they'd check with "the boss" about the price and then left without ever getting back to me.
Won't stop cold calling me despite being asked to stop. Will never use for this reason. I need my ducts cleaned now. But after asking a half dozen times for them to stop calling before needing it done, they are clearly more interested in pissing people off.
