The office supply store has a great variety of products, from basic stationery to specialized equipment, all at reasonable prices and with excellent customer service.

i was here last year during the summer. huge selection of art supplies and general office supplies they have sketch wallets here! sketch wallets are my favourite small sketchbooks ever so i love this store! i will be back soon!

Not a bad store, but their customer service is ridiculous. They get annoyed if you ask a question. I dealt with three of them so far. Got icy-cold, almost rude responses.

I was searching to find a glossy type of paper for Persian calligraphy but I couldn’t find it here! But that was a great experience to visit this store! A person with a beautiful pair of glasses helped me to see different kinds of paper and I had a chance to touch and feel them! He even opened one of the drawing books to show me the quality of papers! I really appreciate it and will definitely come again and recommend it to all art lovers

Visiting Midoco is one of my absolute favourite things to do when I visit downtown Toronto. They always have the supplies I need when I need restocking, and staff are always helpful. & it’s awesome to support a local Canadian shop!

Great selection and always fun stuff. One of my favourite art supply places in the city. I always end up buying something even when I just go in to browse the fun items they have to offer.

This business and management is ableist. I went multiple times and kept wondering why the wheelchair ramp was pushed up against the wall where I can't access it and need to ask for strangers assistance on the street to move the ramp into place to enter, (I'm a wheelchair user). The staff were very kind and seemed sad to inform me the it comes from upper management, that it's a "tripping hazard". This is horribly ableist and is truly disgusting as they have a midoco sign (triangle balanced sign on the floor) outside that would definitely be a tripping hazard. I will not be going back to this ableist business, and will tell my friends. I hope this decision is reversed, especially as it highlights them out for just how ableist they are, when almost every business on Bloor street has the exact same stop gap ramp out where it can be used!!!

Hi! Thanks for the input! I can totally get your perspective and hope that you can reconsider and forgive. Our wood ramp has been kept in place where it can be most helpful for a very long time now and we plan to build a permanent ramp very soon.
