I was very disappointed with my short time working with Jonathan. There was very little communication and he did not seem to have much interest in my case. It took 2 weeks for him to even review and give feedback on a simple letter from another lawyer and I did pay for this. I understand he was busy with other family obligations but the lack of communication to me was not something I think is acceptable and I was not confident to continue working with him. Ultimately I had to look for another lawyer and withing the same amount of time of time it took Jonathan to look over a letter they have resolved my whole case. Unfortunately my interaction with Mr Kleiman was a waste of time and money.
Great experience with Jonathan. In hindsight some of the questions I asked were simple or plain dumb but he took the time to answer any question in an easy to understand way, and never made me feel rushed or confused.
Edit- This is not a fake review, the reason why the reviews are a minute a part by two different users is because my mother in-law and I both contacted you and you were very dishonest and unprofessional. On one hand you said you will take the case then you say you are out of town and refer us to your paralegal friend Daniel English, who is very incompetent. Now reading your reviews I see that someone else by the name of Shiva had the same exact experience...Two months ago. Is that fake too Mr. Kleiman?
Jon help me and my wife with the landlord and tenant board issue he was extremely helpful and thorough throughout the whole process and in fact even help prove it or landlord was lying through his cross-examination of the witness would definitely recommend his services to anyone in need of a lawyer.
