They imposed themselves on me and did not inform me that they would act as my lawyer for a new build condo sale with Festival. We had our own lawyers already & they ignored that, rushed the closing without clear explanations & then charged us the cost of using them when we already sent in our lawyer’s info prior to closing. I would NOT reccommend using this company. Shady business practices.
