Came in the buy a case of their 3 speed lager. Was pleasantly surprised seeing the price was around 20% cheaper than at the LCBO. As I was checking out the brewmaster explained that since I was buying a case I was entitled to a free can of my choice. He suggested their new IPA which usually isn't usually my taste but I thought I'd grab it for my father. As I went to grab one another can caught my eye and I asked if I could change my mind. The brewmaster said take both and that the second one would be on him. I miss customer service of this level. Will definitely be back the next time I need beer!

Authentic and flavorful from the first sip. The IPAs here are super nice — bright, crisp, and full-bodied without being heavy. Their “Adventure Brews” stand out — creative seasonal experiments that keep things exciting while still maintaining a consistent quality base. Each pour feels crafted with care. Prices are reasonable for the quality — most pints hover around the typical craft range, with tasting flights and food options fairly priced for a modern brewery setting. Quality ingredients, unique recipes, and a relaxed, friendly atmosphere. The vibe is fantastic — cozy yet industrial. Warm lighting from the golden dome lamps, rustic wood tables, and art that mixes bicycles, gears, and urban photography give it a creative energy. The large communal tables and barrel décor encourage conversation, and there’s even a foosball table to keep things fun. The “BREWERY” marquee lights and bright barrels in the background make it feel vibrant and photogenic — great for casual nights out or small gatherings. If there’s one thing to note, private rental fees are on the higher side. The space would attract more crowds if event rentals were priced more accessibly — an easy win for boosting weekend energy and cash flow. Overall, this brewery delivers authentic taste, reasonable prices, and an inviting ambiance that hits all the right notes. ⭐ 5 out of 5 — A must-visit spot for beer lovers and casual hangouts alike.

We had our wedding reception at Amsterdam Brewery, and it was absolutely perfect! The space felt like such a true reflection of us, casual, not super formal, but it was focused on creating a good time for everyone. The staff were amazing from start to finish: friendly, accommodating, answered all of our questions and was willing to work with us to bring our vision to life. Of course, the drinks were incredible (duh, it’s a brewery!), and the food was amazing too. Our guests loved the atmosphere, it felt relaxed, fun, and gave everyone the chance to hang out and let loose. We’re still receiving compliments about our wedding, and we know so much of that is because Amsterdam Brewery was the perfect fit for us. We recommended this venue already to a few couples we know for anyone looking for a unique, and memorable venue!

Ordered home delivery 9 days ago. Three delivery dates for my area have come and gone, and no delivery. The worst part is no communication: no one returns emails, voice messages, or replies to online chat messages on their website. I guess I'll give my business to Nickel Brook since they actually honour their commitments.

Ordered beers, 4 days before Canada Day, for a party. Money was charged, order never showed up. Cannot get ahold of anyone over the phone, emails don't get answered, extremely disappointed.

Came here for lunch on a weekday with a group of coworkers and we all loved the food. It was very fresh. They have a large drinks menu as well. Our server was friendly and recommended a few good options for us.

This the current location of the Brewery and Retail store. Amsterdam Brewery has a long history of making amazing craft beer in Toronto since 1986. Brews include award winning ales and lagers as well as "Adventure Brews" made in limited quantity. There certainly is a beer here for every taste. As an added bonus the store features 25 and 50 packs that are priced well below individual prices at the beer store and the LCBO! Service here is fast and friendly with all kinds of Amsterdam Brewery merchandise which includes; baseball caps, t-shirts, sweatshirts, beer glasses and other novelty items. Tours of the brewing facility are available with sampling of brews offered along the way. The event room (Adjacent the retail store) hosts a bar with taps, to allow you to enjoy a pint. The room can be rented for special events with food being available.
